Record MB-001 / product / active custody

AiHD.

Private planning for ADHD builders, preserved here as a real launch record rather than a fuzzy idea in progress.

The important thing about this record is not just the product story. It is the proof trail: voice capture working on device, subscription flow validated, screenshots prepared, reviewer packet assembled, and the calm-product direction held through the whole pass.

Summary

From concept to something reviewable.

AiHD moved beyond positioning and UI taste into a product that could be shown, tested, reviewed, and submitted. That changed the standard for the project: if a claim could not survive the review flow, it was not ready to stay in the record as truth.

Milestones

What this record proves.

The point of a record page is not to look complete. It is to preserve exactly what is true enough to rely on next.

M-001 / Product AiHD reached real App Store submission territory.

Screenshots, copy, device recording, review packet, privacy notes, and final reviewer context all moved into a reusable handoff bundle.

M-002 / UX Calm product direction held under pressure.

The app moved away from filler and noisy framing, and toward a more grounded, ADHD-respectful presentation.

M-003 / Trust Claims were narrowed to what the build could actually support.

That kept the record clean: local-first, working flow, preserved receipts, and no reliance on vague launch mythology.

AiHD lives inside the larger bunker system: the log index carries the dated notes, the archive holds the cross-project continuity, and the live product still has to earn its public trust one verified surface at a time.
