ModusBunker Creator Queue Terms of Use

Effective April 28, 2026.

Use of the site

ModusBunker Creator Queue publishes product pages, support materials, and operational updates for the public creator workflow.
You may use the public site for lawful personal, informational, and support purposes.
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volume, or use the site to violate law or platform rules.
You must provide accurate information when contacting support, requesting access, or authorizing a connected platform account.

Apps and product pages

Each ModusBunker app may have its own support page, privacy policy, terms, App Store listing, platform terms, subscription details, or product-specific notices.
If app-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the app-specific terms control for that app.

Creator Queue and social publishing tools

ModusBunker Creator Queue is a creator-facing TikTok workflow used to upload creator-approved videos to the creator's authorized TikTok account as drafts for final review.
Creator Queue is intended for independent creators and public users who authorize their own TikTok accounts. It is not intended only for ModusBunker-owned or internal team accounts.
Publishing tools may upload, draft, schedule, or publish approved content to third-party social platforms only after the creator or account owner authorizes the relevant platform access.
You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, permissions, captions, disclosures, and platform compliance of content you approve for publication.
ModusBunker Creator Queue does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, distribute, monetize, or preserve any submitted content.

Account authorization and platform rules

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for complying with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, music and content rules, advertising or disclosure requirements, and any other platform policies that apply to your content.
You may revoke TikTok access through TikTok account settings where supported. Revocation may prevent Creator Queue from uploading future drafts for that account.
ModusBunker Creator Queue may refuse or disable access if we believe a workflow is unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or likely to violate third-party platform rules.

Prohibited use

You may not use ModusBunker Creator Queue to upload content you do not have rights to use, impersonate others, mislead viewers, evade platform enforcement, distribute malware, harass others, or violate applicable law.
You may not attempt to bypass authorization, access another creator's account, reverse engineer non-public service components, or overload the service infrastructure.

Intellectual property

ModusBunker Creator Queue names, designs, product pages, site content, and software materials are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable law.
You retain rights to content you own, but you grant ModusBunker Creator Queue the rights needed to process, prepare, host, upload, or publish content you submit or approve through its tools.

Privacy

Use of ModusBunker Creator Queue is also governed by the ModusBunker Creator Queue Privacy Policy, which describes information handled by the site and TikTok integration.
